The Writing On The Wall

The Bible contains many codes in which those who are curious enough to investigate can find a treasure trove of information and signs of authenticity. Daniel Chapter 5 contains one such bit of information that is worth while knowing.

The writing itself, is believed to be in the Chaldean/Neo Aramaic language, in which Daniel obviously was an expert in. Daniel needed to be knowledgeable in many different languages due to the number of different peoples, languages, cultures, and gods that were brought into Babylon and were unified under the one world gods of gold and silver by King Nebuchadnezzar.

The writing on the wall was interpreted by Daniel. According to the Bible the message was: Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin; meaning "God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it. Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting. Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians."

This writing also contains another meaning or numeric message which is discovered when you translate the message from Chaldean to Hebrew, you can produce another message which is indicated with numbers which is expressed in Gerahs. This information can be found on page 125 in the American Institute of Theology correspondence course, and in the book "Study In Daniel" by Dr. Howard B. Rand pg.152-153.

Chaldean Neo-Aramaic                               Hebrew                                              Value

  Mene                                                          Minah                                                1,000
  Mene                                                          Minah                                                1,000
  Tekel                                                          Shekel                                                    20
  Up harsin                                                    Peres                                                    500

                                                                                                                   Total 2,520 Gerahs
The number of 2,520 is significant as it is the number of of "Seven Times" as written in the book of Leviticus Chapter 26.

During the last century, it was considered by many to be the number of years that the Babylonian empire will last upon the earth prior to the return of the Messiah. However, considering the Babylonian Captivity was in 586 B.C. and lasted 70 years meant that this time was around 516 B.C. adding 2,520 years to the 516 comes to the year 2004. We are already now at 2015 and counting. Unless of course our calendar is off by at least 10 years or better, or some other mitigating factor is present.

Another problem I have with this number representing the number of years that Babylon has until it ceases to exist and the Messiah returns, is in the fact that the Messiah tells us in Matthew 24:36 that no man knows the day or hour of his return. In other words if any man tells you a time when the Messiah will return then it is a lie because no man knows when, not even the Messsiah. If it was a just a matter of a simple math problem then the Messiah could have easily have done that.

I still believe that this number 2,520 is still a significant number and does have meaning. Although it is not clear to me at the moment, I do want to bring it to everyone's attention that it does exist. For more information about the 2,520 years which I have posted about before, click HERE.

This is a short video of Daniel 5 that I think is worth watching.

Praise the Lord for his word and the authenticity that is written within to prove to those who seek its meaning!

Belshazzar's Banquet Daniel Chapter 5

To see Daniel Chapter 5 without my comments click HERE.

Daniel Chapter 4 was the last we hear of Nebuchadnezzar in the Bible. History tells us that he was murdered soon after the events of Chapter 4. A couple of his sons became king and were murdered themselves within a few years. Eventually Nebuchadnezzar's daughter became queen (Nitochris) and her husband (Nabonius) who had no interest in being king was letting his son Belshazzar be king by proxy. For 4 years Belshazzar did open battle with the King of Persia who was King Cyrus. Cyrus was half Mede and half Persian. Cyrus conquered many neighboring towns around Babylon which was located on the Euphrates river, Because of the way Babylon was constructed on the banks of the Euphrates, it was considered safe and undefeatable. The young king Belshazzar was eventually driven to retreat within the confined city walls of Babylon.

The Medeo-Persian army defeating Babylon was prophecy of Isaiah 44 and 45.

Cyrus's plan to defeat Babylon was to conquer the neighboring towns and cities around Babylon then to dig trenches to divert the water away from the Euphrates river in an effort to decrease the level of the water so his soldiers could slip in under the walls of Babylon at the most opportune time. During a prearranged time of his choosing for this attack, which was during a banquet that was orchestrated by Belshazzar which amounted to a drunken orgy that included licentious and idolatry. Attending Belshazzar's party was 1,000 of his nobles.

During this party of Belshazzar's, Belshazzar sent his men to the Babylonian Museum to retrieve the gold and silver vessels that his Grandfather took from the temple in Jerusalem that were dedicated for the worship of Father Yahweh. Belshazzar then drank to the pagan gods of gold, silver, and other false dieties. The act of this young inexperienced king with his actions, brought the wrath of God down on both him and Babylon.

The Father produced a hand that wrote on the wall during his banquet that caused Belshazzar's loins to be loosed v.6, The Hand wrote strange words which were not interpretable by any of Babylons scientists. In came the Queen Mother (Nitocris) who informed Belshazzar that there is one man in the kingdom that can interpret the meaning of the writing of the wall named Daniel. Daniel, at that time was around 87 years old who immediately knew that Belshazzar was drinking wine out of the silver and gold vessels that was taken from the temple of Jerusalem with his whores and knew exactly what the writing on the wall said.

Belshazzar offered Daniel a position in his Kingdom to be one of the 3 Governors of Babylon. Daniel declined the offer because he knew the Persians were on the way and knew the Persians were, according to the book of Isaiah, would attack Babylon and free the Judahites and return them to Judea. Daniel told Belshazzar that he didn't want his treasures and would interpret the writing for him anyway, but first he told Belshazzar that his Grandfather Nebuchadnezzar was a real king and had great leadership abilities, who turned his face from the Father that gave him his kingdom and after a time of seven years as living as a beast, and eventually repented.

The hand that told Belshazzar his time was up caused him to have a bout of incontinence as his loins were loosed, V.6

Daniel also told Belshazzar that he had no leadership abilities that he wasn't worthy to walk in his Grandfathers shadow. Exact wording it in today's vernacular  Daniel's statement to Beshazzaar would have probably started with something like “Listen you little punk...” anyway, as he continued to interpret the meaning of the writing on the wall, which was:
MENE- God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it.
TEKEL- Thou are weighted in the balances, and art found wanting.
PERES- Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.

Then Belshazzar commanded that Daniel will have a gold necklace and will become the third Governor of Babylon anyway. The Governorship of Daniel's of course only lasted a couple of hours, and was not worthy to put on a resume'.  Belshazzar was killed that night and this set the stage for the for the release of the two tribes of Israel to return to Judea.

Nebuchadnezzar's Madness Daniel 4

To see Daniel Chapter 4 without my comments click HERE.

Daniel Chapter 4 was written by King Nebuchadnezzar. King Nebuchadnezzar both before and during his rule, was a military leader that was very intelligent and was quite able to conquer nations. He was also responsible for many horrendous acts that are diametrically opposed to the word of the Father

This Chapter starts out with Nebuchadnezzar having a second dream that needed to be interpreted just as his first dream in Daniel Chapter 2. The second dream in Chapter 4, consisted of a tree that was healthy and grew to the heavens. All flesh was fed of it, and it comforted all.

King Nebuchadnezzar then saw an Angel which commanded that this great tree to be cut down and what was left of it was a stump that was banded with bands of iron and brass. Daniel, who's official title in Babel/Babylon was “Master of the Magicians” in v.9 interpreted the dream as he did in Chapter 2. Daniel's interpretation was that the tree was Nebuchadnezzar's kingdom which conquered the known world at that time. Of course, there were parts of the world that wasn't directly included in his kingdom, although not directly conquered, Babel/Babylon did have deep roots that controlled all the other nations by proxy by what came into the various regions and out of the regions. Especially in Canaan land, where he conquered the Israelites. This is the connection point between 3 different continents, which makes Canaan land a very strategic piece of land indeed.

Daniel tells King Nebuchadnezzar that Father Yahweh wants him to become a humble servant. Of course Nebuchadnezzar disagrees and thinks that his Kingdom was made by his own two hands.

Daniel told King Nebuchadnezzar that his kingdom will be hewed down and be taken from him for a period of 7 times; Lev 26:18-19. Only the stump will be left with bands of brass and iron controlling its deep roots. The stump, with both brass and iron bands, is important. In fact, everything in the Bible is important and is put there for a reason. There may be times when we don't understand why something is in the Bible, but we must remain diligent to find the reason, or be patient until it is revealed to us.

Notice the bands are made of the same metals  that are in Chapter 2 of Daniel when it talks about the statue of the man that was made from various metals. Theologians agree that these two particular metals (brass and iron) represent the kingdoms of Greece and Rome.

The reason these bands on the stump are important is because...
The seat of authority of Babylon remained active in Babylon during the time of the Medes and Persians and wasn't moved. It wasn't until after the death of Alexander the Great in 323 B.C., when Alexander drank himself to death in Babylon after conquering the known world then, is when, and only when, the seat of authority of Babylon started to move West, while at the same time the actual physical kingdom of Babylon started to decline into ruins. These deep roots of Babylon included the political, military, economic, and religious activities which were brought to Greece, Europe, and eventually beyond to the Continental Powers. Although it's obvious to me why the bands on the stump are there and their importance, I couldn't find a single commentary that commented about the bands for any reason at all.

It was 12 Months after Daniel's interpretation when Nebuchadnezzar was one day marveling his accomplishments of conquering the nations and creating his New World Order. This of course was attempted at the Tower of Babel in Genesis 11. Then suddenly, he was stricken with an illness that made him mad. Today we know this illness as Boanthropy and is when people believe they are an animal and eat grass. The way things are today they would probably call this an alternative lifestyle of some sort and give Nebuchadnezzar a super minority status.

During this time Nebuchadnezzar was tended minimally by the Beasts Of the Field within his own kingdom. There is ample evidence that Daniel maintained the business affairs of Babel/Babylon during Nebuchadnezzar's time of madness. After 7 years Nebuchadnezzar finally regained his mind and proclaims that his position of King of Babel/Babylon was given to him by Father Yahweh and anyone that is prideful can easily be debased; v37. This is exactly why today we have people of low caliber ruling over us. They are put into their positions by the Father because of our unwillingness to follow his word and laws. Nothing will change until we follow 2 Chronicles 7:14.

If one wants to find out more on how the Babylon religious system is with us today, then I recommend the book "The Two Babylons" written by Alexander Hislop.

We know from Chapter 4 that King Nebuchadnezzar regained his sanity and became the humble person that Father Yahweh wants and can be used.
The Prophet Jeremiah in Jeremiah 25:9 calls Nebuchadnezzar “a servant of God” after his conversion.

Being Humble is what the Father wants. The act of humility is the basis of what he expects of us today in Hosea 5:15 and 2 Chronicles 7:14, likewise he considers pride to be an abomination in Prov 6:16-19, as pride was the original sin Isaiah 14:13-14.

Praise the Lord!

Bow Or Burn Daniel 3:18-30

To see Daniel 3:18-30 without my comments click HERE.

The refusal to bow to the idol of Nebuchadnezzar by Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego made King Nebuchadnezzar angry to the point where he wanted the furnace to be heated seven times hotter than it normally is and these three men thrown in. The anger that Nebuchadnez had for these men was because they lived the laws of Father Yahweh and were hated because God was both with them and inside of them; John17:21-23 and John 15:18-20.

He told Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in verse 15; “...who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?” said King Nebuchadnezzar as he was to soon find out. The Bible tells us that whosoever exalts themselves shall be debased; Luke 14:11 and in Romans13:1. Although these three men were put in a position over the affairs of Babel/Babylon they knew that this idol of the king's was just exactly that, just an idol that can do nothing for you and has no value at all, just like all idol's do, and they decided to burn rather than bow.

King Nebuchadnezzar ordered his strongest men to bind Shadrach, Mechach, and Abednego and throw them into the furnace. Their clothes in this passage are described in verse 21. It lists their clothing from the largest article of clothing to the smallest which is their “...coats, hosen, and hats...” The detail that I take from this verse is that these men were not bare footed with sandals as most believe everyone wore sandals in the bible, but rather were wearing the traditional knee high socks of the Hebrew dress. Varieties of this type of dress are still worn in some places in both Ireland, Scotland, and some places in North West India where the Scythian Israelites brought civilization to the Indians 200 B.C.-400 A.D.

Traditional clothing of the Hebrew-Israelites included a Loin cloth with an overcoat, knee high socks, and a hat. On the left shows the coat, in the middle it is worn around the waste with a belt, and to the right it is over the shoulder ready to protect from rain or wind. This style of clothing eventually evolved into the kilts and stockings which we are more formilure with today.

The strong men that were tasked with putting Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego into the fire were killed by the Bitumen which is abundant in this area, which was undoubtedly used to heat the furnace. Bitumen when burned produces sulfur and other chemicals that are deadly in large quantities. The three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego fell down into this toxic fire and Nebuchadnezzar saw these men plus one other walking around in the fire comfortably without the ropes that were used to tie them with. Nebuchadnezzar knew that the fourth man in the fire was the “Son or God” v. 25 (by “Son of God” it is understood that it was the word, or the mouth piece of Father Yahweh that is used to communicate with us; John1:1-5.)

Nebuchadnezzar came to the mouth of the furnace and called for Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to come out of the fire. When they did there were no effects of being in the fire, they did not even smell like smoke nor sulfur. Nebuchadnezzar then made another decree that no person will worship any other God than the the God of these men who is the one and only true God, and if anyone talks amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego they will be destroyed and their house will also be destroyed.

One may ask how did Nebuchadnezzar know what the Son of God looked like? This is simply because Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego undoubtedly were talking to Nebuchadnezzar about their God, the wonderful works he does and how he interacts with them.

I also want to interject my opinion on how I believe that God was able to save them from the fire, and that is by changing the time frame that they were actually in the furnace. This is because all time is one and it is quite easy for God to put these three men in a different time frame than what Nebuchadnezzar was viewing them from because Father Yahweh is not limited by time. I believe these men were moved to a time before the fire in the furnace was started or after. I know this is kind of confusing, and to understand what I am talking about a little better read my post “All Time Is One” by clicking HERE.

Although I named this post “Bow or Burn” it's important to understand that the three men Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did neither one. They remained faithful to Father Yahweh's test and were delivered. Praise the Lord for the Examples of these men!

Revisiting the 501c3

I am starting this post out with a quote from Mark Twain because it is true to the core.

In religion and politics people's beliefs and convictions are in almost every case gotten at second-hand, and without examination, from authorities who have not themselves examined the questions at issue but have taken them at second-hand from other non-examiners, whose opinions about them were not worth a brass farthing.
Autobiography of Mark Twain

In a general way I try to stay away from the news. The reason for this is because the information that is in the news becomes useless unless people have a solid base that they build their faith on. For example many will say that Daniel was very brave and had faith to pray in public after the King declared that such an act would land you in a lions den. People will agree with his faith and bravery, but when it comes to issues like prayer being taken out of public school people will remain silent, so the foundation is more important than the news as your foundation will motivate you to do something about it.. Today I am making an exception because the government is deciding whether or not marriage between two sodomites will be a constitutional right within the next couple of months. If they do, such a decision would be in direct violation of the 10th Amendment of our Constitution. If our government passes legislation to make sodomite marriages legal in all states then it may be unlikely that churches will have their 501c3 status revoked by the government. What will happen instead, is that sodomites will go to every 501c3 church they can find and try to get married, and when they are denied they will simply sue the church for money. Some may think that this couldn't happen, but this type of thing has happened before with other issues such as allowing blacks in churches.

Meet the Pastor of The Great Commission Baptist organization (Southern Baptist Church) his name is Dr. Douglas E.Brown.

There are denominations that have been founded on the idea that blacks should not attend churches with whites such the Southern Baptist Church which took the 501c3 status. Once Civil Rights legislation was pushed through, the church had to make allowances for blacks to attend or they would be sued out of existence. Of course the Southern Baptist Church changed their policy and today not only do they allow blacks in their congregations, but today a black man is leading the Southern Baptist Church, which has conveniently changed its name to The Great Commission Baptists.

The truth is that if a church takes a 501c3 status no matter what their beliefs are, they are a government church and they have to follow government policy. Right at the moment there are only two major organizations that have never taken the 501c3 and they are the Mormon Church (LDS) and the Roman Catholic Church. All other churches will end up marrying sodomites, or will cease to exist, it's that simple. The Mormon and Catholic churches by the way, are friendly to Sodomites already on their own behalf without government intervention.

Congressman Barney Frank in a 3 way hug with his husband/wife/whatever and Barry Soetoro who is also a big time sodomite according to Larry Sinclair. When the government has the power to say what a legal marriage is, then they also have the power to say what a legal marriage isn't. In other words the government could say a marriage between a man and woman is illegal. In a few years will the three sodomites above be able to marry to each other legally??? Don't laugh because if the government can state what a legal marriage is then it could happen.

I have looked on Youtube to see where various churches were on this position today. I typed in "gay church" in the search bar and it came up with a lot of churches that were sodomite friendly. There are also many videos of Pastors on the pulpit telling their congregations that they were sodomites themselves, so it doesn't look to good for Pastor's standing nationwide against this issue at all. It's also worth noting that the mainstream media is claiming that most people want sodomite marriages to become legal.

There is good news though and that is that churches do not have to become 501c3 at all to escape the insanity of this issue according to IRS publications 526 and 557. I have posted before about the 501c3 a couple of years ago and will not go into the details, but rather will encourage all to read read it. To see the post click HERE.

It is my prayer that the Pastors of this land will stand united against this sin that is called an abomination by the Bible that is coming upon our land and that they will have a solid foundation built on our rock of ages. It is also my prayer that any new forming churches will not receive the 501c3 status and any existing churches will get out from under the rule of the government by dropping the 501c3. Praise the Lord!
